GROUP CEO & FOUNDER
Yan Kyaw Min (Oscar) is a resilient Group CEO and Founder who turns adversity into opportunity. He built and led successful ventures in Myanmar and the UK, blending innovation, operational excellence, and community impact. Oscar holds a Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering from Temasek Polytechnic, Singapore, and a First Class Honours degree in Global Business from a UK university. Joining Carlsberg Myanmar in 2017, he rose rapidly to dual Manager roles in Packaging and Operational Excellence, leading major efficiency gains. In 2024, he founded Bon Sine Nostalgia Bar in Yangon, scaling it, and expanded to London in 2025 with purpose-driven ventures.
